She welcomed us in front of the property and showed us our room. The property is in the Old city and very close to the Bazaar and all the restaurants, cafeteria and historic sites in Gjirokaster. We've had an amazing time and I truly recommend Maria and her lovely house.

It was really great stay at the Alsara Guesthouse. We expect it will be great after reading the reviews and seeing pictures of the breakfast and therefore we decided to stay two nights in Gijrokaster instead of one and we also recommend the other guests to stay longer in the town and at the Alsara Guesthouse. The location is great as right from the Guesthouse you enter the main streets of the Bazaar, so you are right in the center. Even though you are in the center there is no noise coming from town during the night, so we had great sleep. The rooms are very nice and clean. In the Alsara Guesthouse there is a great rooftop, which is one of the best things about this hotel. We enjoyed there a glass of wine with a beautiful view on the town and we started there our mornings with breakfast. The breakfasts are HUGE, and there are another reason to stay an extra night at the Alsara Guesthouse. Moreover, the owner is super carring and helpful, he recommend us places to visit, restaurants to eat at and helped organized a taxi with a good price. If you come to Gjirokaster you must stay at the Alsara Guesthouse, we loved it very much!

Joana is an amazing host that ensures that her guests get the best possible stay at her guest house located high up on the hillside. The rooms are incredibly cozy that fits really well into the town's atmosphere. In the morning she prepares traditional Albanian breakfast, enjoyed with the beautiful view over the mountains and Gjirokaster castle. Highly recommend to stay here!

Menawarkan pemandangan gunung, Honey-House “Kastrioti” di Përmet mempunyai penginapan, taman, lounge berkongsi dan restoran. We stayed at the Honey House for two nights in February and just loved it!! The owners, Kastrioti and Marinella, are incredibly nice and we received a very warm welcome. They genuinely care about their guests and we felt immediately at ease in their beautiful, charming guesthouse. The location is ideal, close to the centre yet in a very calm neighborhood, and right next to the Vjosa river. Our room was spacious and very clean, with all necessary utilities. The best part of our stay though were the owners and the amazing, locally sourced food that they serve if you request it: we had dinner twice and everytime it was an Albanian feast. Also,, Kastrioti produces his own honey, vinegar and liquors, which you can purchase for a very fair price. And if you don't know what to do, ask Kastrioti, he has all the information you need and he is very eager to help you! He even woke us up early in the morning and went with us to the bus station, just to make sure that we would not miss our bus to Korca! Faleminderit, Kastrioti and Marinella, thank you so much for your kindness and hospitality, we can truly recommend your guesthouse and we hope to see you again!

The owner helped us a lot, was super sweet and even made us amazing herbal tea :3 The view from the terrace is astonishing and I was absolutely mesmerized by it, that was one of the best breakfasts I ever had (food was also delicious!)

One of the best rooms we have ever booked! We liked it so much!! Very clean and beautiful room, perfect location (near to the center). The owners very friendly and the did the best for us. We ate also dinner in the hotel's restaurant and we ate delicious and traditional albanian food!! The breakfast was full!! Our room (double deluxe) had perfect view and was perfect decorated! 🥰
