The hotel is in a very good location, and easy to find if you follow the instructions. The compliments that the hotel left for us (Christmas cookies and chocolate) were very much needed at the time we arrived. Everything was clean, and tidy. Enjoyed my 2 days stay at this place.

I thought that I only needed a small room with a clean private bathroom..this is why I have chosen Room55 ..this hotel gave me much more than I have expected.. It is a place where you feel like at home ..warm and quite..with a kitchen like your own , where you can make yourself a hot meal with a nice cup of tea ..the hospitality of Max and his kindness were overwhelming.. Finally , this were I would go whenever I visit Vienna .. Next time i will go with my daughter as I already promised her to do and we would definitely chose Room55

Pension Haus Sanz is located in a green residential area easily reachable from the A2 and A23 motorways. The Vienna State Opera is reachable by tram in 25 minutes. The place was very clean, nice and friendly environment, good quality meals. It has been an altogether nice experience!!
