Located in Rosewater, within 1.6 km of South Australian Maritime Museum and 12 km of Adelaide Convention Centre, Nice room less pay near Port Adelaide provides accommodation with a garden as well as free private parking for guests who drive. The property features garden views and is 12 km from Adelaide Oval and 12 km from Beehive Corner Building. Rundle Mall is 13 km away and Victoria Square is 13 km from the homestay. Quiet and peaceful. Ruby the owner is such are lovely lady. It was her first time using booking.com to list her property. The rooms are just perfect. Nothing fancy. If you need a place just to stay over without all the fancy Hotel rooms and stuff, this is perfect.

Location suited us but might be too far out of the city for some. Very good value. Good shopping at nearby Westfield nice parks for walks. Ritchie the host is a great host, very happy to chat and offer advice about the area.

Additional in-room amenities include chocolates or cookies. The place was secure, comfortable and welcoming with the hosts keen to answer all our questions. We loved the location as it was close to the bicycle trail on the creek reserve for easy access to the city, and we could keep our bikes in the private locked courtyard. Small things like diffusers and throw rugs made for a warm ambience, and even simple pantry items made meal prep easy.

The property is non-smoking and is situated 12 km from Adelaide Parklands Terminal. The cottage is in exceptional condition having been newly renovated. Instructions upon arrival were clear with pictures provided on how to find the cottage. Private parking was provided under shelter and off main street. Lets talk about the comfort of the cottage. The couch was the most clean and comfortable I've ever experienced. The bed: pillows, sheets, quilt and mattress clean and the MOST COMFORTABLE I've ever experienced, better than my own bed! I adored how beautiful the kitchen was being clean and organised, easy to find needed items. Bathroom clean, new and a very decent sized shower/ shower head. The TV provided all channels- Netflix, Stan Etc... so I enjoyed catching up on my series. The environment overall is absolutely divine. The view of the valley the property is located in holds a very special heart-warming vibe surrounded by nature with a view of the city and ocean. The peaceful cottage will draw you back- I already miss it and very much looking forward to returning soon as possible. Upon arrival, I noticed a generous gift in the fridge a lovely bottle of bubbles. I felt very welcomed and truly needed the get-away being a fulltime mum. This environment would be lovely and suitable for those who need a break from the hard yakka of life in general or a quiet getaway from the city life. A truly special space for anyone needing some time with their significant other or some personal space. I HIGHLY recommend this cottage. Please take a deep breath in and exhale walking into that cottage because it resonates the love, work and intention created by the owners. Special indeed and not far from many locations. Studio South Port - Lush Private Oceanfront Studio Apartment, a property with a terrace, is set in Port Noarlunga South, 31 km from Adelaide Parklands Terminal, 33 km from Victoria Square, as well as 34 km from Adelaide Convention Centre. Attention to detail was second to none. Down to a delicious freshly baked loaf of bread. Location is perfect, beach, wine region….. & take note of the suggestion books….. spot on!
