The location is perfect, very convenient and close to everything we needed. Our room was beautiful—spacious, tastefully decorated, and equipped with every amenity one could ask for, including a great soaking bathtub. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredibly warm welcome we received upon arrival from Mandy’s uncle, James, and her brother. They greeted us with big smiles and genuine kindness, which immediately made us feel at home. The breakfast was good with a great cappuccino to start the day off right. Mandy herself was absolutely fantastic—always available via WeChat to answer any questions and offer great suggestions. Her English is excellent, which made communication very easy and smooth. On our departure day, James kindly carried our luggage all the way to the taxi area at 6:45 in the morning—again, with that same warm smile and friendly attitude. We also really loved the dogs, which added a charming, homely touch to the place. We wholeheartedly recommend staying at this hotel. It was an unforgettable experience and we would definitely come back!

Situated a 10-minute walk from the South Gate of Dali Ancient Town, Z.Garden offers accommodation with free WiFi and free private parking. Cozy, spacious room with everything one might need. Very warm in January with AC and electric bed warmers )) Perfect location, just 5 minutes walk from the Southern gates. We booked 3 nights, so got free transfer from the railway station, which was very convenient. Lovely decorated room and area itself.

It’s just a 15-minute walk from Tina’s Guesthouse (where the bus stop is), making it convenient yet tranquil. The guesthouse is run by the wonderful 小旅 (Xiao Li), who made our stay truly memorable. He not only managed the entire guesthouse but also picked us up from Tina’s, checked us in, handled the housekeeping, and even cooked for us yummy pancakes 🥞 ! He also kindly drove us to the trailhead for our hike down to the river the next day. Our room, which was in the corner of the building, offered a stunning 90-degree view of the mountain across the street—breathtaking! The place was quiet, clean, and affordable, making it a perfect spot for a relaxing stay. We highly recommend Zhuoma Inn for anyone visiting Tiger Leaping Gorge. Note: no lift. All walk ups
