Set in Hangzhou and with Lingyin Temple reachable within 3.8 km, Hangzhou Citynest Music B&B offers express check-in and check-out, allergy-free rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. The place is beautiful and comfy. The staff goes behond any expectations for helping you. We had in total three bedrooms, all were clean and comfortable, and we could enjoy a balcony. We had the possibility to do some laundry which helped us a great deal on a long journey.

I loved my little nature getaway to Rock&Wood! The location was perfect for me (close to the start of relatively quiet and peaceful hiking trails, walkable to Starbucks and West Lake, but far away enough from West Lake to avoid the HUGE amounts of people). Sally, the host, was so welcoming and helpful- helping me to navigate when my driver couldn't find the place, offering lots of suggestions and tips, and even helping me when I left my boots behind. It's a homestay style, so breakfast was family style with other guests. It was delicious and filling.

Offering a garden and garden view, Dan’s Sea Guest House Hangzhou is set in Hangzhou, 1 km from Lingyin Temple and 5.5 km from Xixi Wetland. The host were adorable ( and I am not just talking about the two cats). The breakfast was simple but fulfilling and you can ask more for those with hungry belly. The room was clean and comfortable. It represents the amazing old Chinese traditional house. I loved the colors, warm tone and very relaxing. The hotel had some hidden zen spots ( an outside garden and an internal court with many plants), great for pic or morning relaxation

Boasting a patio with garden views, a garden and a bar, 杭州茶香丽舍旅居民宿 can be found in Hangzhou, close to Hupao Spring and 4.9 km from Wushan Square. This homestay has beautiful scenery, close to Su Causeway and only 100 meters away from the tea mountain. It was raining in the morning, and it was cool. The clouds and mist in the distance create a misty atmosphere of Jiangnan. This B&B has its own unique breakfast, which makes you feel the local culture and customs. The coffee/black tea is great, I highly recommend it

I arrived in the evening after having visited the water town nearby. The lady at the reception was very kind: although she did not speak to much English, she had a device to translate. She did offer a welcoming wanton dish, truly tasty and well balanced. The bathtub was very enjoyable. This accommodation was within walking distance from the East Lake, and from the famous Dragon Tea plantations. The lady at the reception was very kind ad helpful with ideas, information and explanations about the place. I am very grateful to her

Located within 3.5 km of Lingyin Temple and 7.1 km of Wushan Square, Hangzhou XianQingShan Homestay Westlake provides rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Hangzhou. The property is located near botanical garden and at the end of the main restaurants/hotels area. During the night it was quiet. The garden is lovely specially in spring while fruits are ripen and trees are freshly green. I spent much time there listening to fish and the nine year old turtle. My room is small as I was solo. I have also used the Japanese room for my yoga. They serve nice quality tea and it’s part of the experience to be in the tea capital of south China. I plan to stay there again in my future visit.

Set within 21 km of Deqing West Railway Station and 21 km of Deqing Railway Station, Moganshan Naicang Boutique Hotel offers rooms with air conditioning and a private bathroom in Deqing. I liked everything, the person running the hotel was so helpful. It was a long way from shops and restaurants but he took us in his car which gave him extra pocket money save calling taxi.

The kind of place where you arrive and wish you had booked for longer! Perfect location in the cutest pedestrian area near wushan square. Amazing welcome and friendliest staff. The lake is just 15-20 min walk away

Featuring garden views, Hangzhou Moju Boutique Guesthouse at the West Lake offers accommodation with balcony, around 5.1 km from Lingyin Temple. I cannot recommend this highly enough, we stayed for 3 nights and had the most amazing experience. The room was comfortable and clean. The breakfast was delicious and had lots of options. Coffee was great!! And the best of all was the service and help from the family who owned it. They are so helpful

Set in Moganshan Scenic Area, July Bamboo Hostel offers free WiFi. Among the various facilities are a garden, a bar, on-site dining, gym and swimming pool. Rooms come with mountain views. It was quiet and peaceful. The hosts were very responsive and helpful!!
