The construction of the building is incredible: the rooms are spacious, the floors and walls are covered with what seems to be stone tiles reminiscent of a Roman palace. The wood that finished the construction is robust, sanded, and stained with polyurethane. I don’t know this for a fact, but the owner and designer of the place must be German. Everything in the place resembles a well built German house. Much nicer space than any of the resorts I have stayed in.

It's only a very short walk to the boat terminal where tours to Los Haitises and the ferry to Sabana de la Mar depart from.

It was the ideal retreat to relax after spending our days exploring the stunning beaches nearby. Dario didn’t just offer us the best possible conditions for our stay—he constantly made sure we had great recommendations on how to make the most of our time in Las Galeras. Thanks to his guidance, we discovered hidden gems and explored some of the most beautiful beaches in the Dominican Republic.
