The house is beautiful, the bathroom is clean, and the garden is so green, and it made me didn't want to go out of the hostel. Will go back someday in Shaa Allah.

Maher house is located in the village, which is great because you get to enjoy village life and maybe interact with the friendly locals. Plus, there’s a lot of cool chickens walking around. Maher house was very clean, and it had a very peaceful atmosphere. The breakfast in the morning was made fresh and it was delicious! Yusuf and his wife were great hosts, their main objective is for their guests to be comfortable. Thanks again!

Sri is just the nicest host! We originally wanted to stay two nights but ended up doing so many different tours with her so we extended to five nights! Just ask her for your tour wishes and she will make it happen! And she can also help you with how to get there and basically everything you need. On top of that she is a great cook! A small but lovely homestay. Ardy was a great host and very helpful. He even managed to fit in a surf session at 06.30 on my day of departure (finally a swell after 3 days of no waves). Good location and easy access to both beaches. Warungs close by too. Will be back!
Great place, great breakfast but most of all an amazing host family, who not only take care of you at the homestay (it really feels like home) but they also show you around, as you would do with family! Amazing hospitality.
Cahyo homestay is well located inside Bromo village that must pay an entrance fee of 250K pp (25 AUD pp), 50K (5 AUD) for vehicles entrance. The property is between the Bromo crater and the King Kong hills. It’s a perfect spot for ppl who want to hike. The room itself is a decent size and in a clean condition given how remote and suburban the area is. Cahyo is a lovely host that has given us good guidelines on how to go about hiking Bomo in the early morning, and had offered hot water for coffee and tea. Would recommend him for hikers.
Definitely the best stay during my trip to Indonesia. I've tried different host families and this one is really great. The staff is wonderful, always willing to help and give you great recommendations. The host family is very clean, good location. I had to take this homestay after doing bromo and ijen and needed a break after that. mission successful. for sure I’m come back.

A real homestay experience where we felt welcomed and well looked after. Wibowo and Heni are great hosts with a wealth of knowledge about the area. Catering our daily experiences around the children’s needs was just next level service.
The host family was very friendly and helpful. They organized the Bromo Tour for me and everything was perfect. Furthermore the meals in the restaurant of their Homestay are very delicious. I would definitely would come back.
It was great staying at Juda Homestay, everything was a breeze and Juda was amazing. I felt right at home staying here and Juda was accomadating to all my needs, even taking me out to get dinner when I arrived and did not yet have a scooter of my own. 10/10!
