The family who host is so nice. Meals are absolutly delicious. It's calm and clean, beautiful view on the moutains.

I felt home in this beautiful house. I can’t recommend enough both the wooden room and the flexibility of Benny! The view is stunning and the pool is very much appreciated at this time of year.

Amazing location (like a paradise) for nature-loving people. Very peaceful, you can chill out after sightseeing or trekking. Lots of birds (especially in the morning), trees and other plants (like pepper and cardamon). Ten minutes away is a waterfall and two other places where you can spend time by the river. In the evening you can watch the night sky full of stars. Hosts are very friendly and helpful, you can also order (besides breakfast) delicious homemade lunches and dinners. And there is a gentle and playful labrador and two cats in the garden :) We had spacious, clean room with a balcony and mountain view. Bathroom was also big and tidy. You can get from here to Munnar by public bus (Anaviratty bus stop by the main road) or to 2nd Mile (Randa Mile) to see wonderful Kathakali and Kalaripayattu show (Punarjani Traditional Village). Quite close is Pettimudi View Point. Another attraction (but further) are the wild elephants in Anakulam (they come to drink water from a river). For backpackers: we got here from Kochi (Ernakulam) by bus (the stop is in Adimaly, but you can take a rickshaw from here directly to homestay or you can check if there is a local bus from Adimaly to Anaviratty).

Offering a barbecue and children's playground, Mistletoe Homestay & Cafe is situated in Munnar in the Kerala Region. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant and bakery. Can't find anything negative to say about this place! Our host Joe and his family were very welcoming and hospitable, from the moment we arrived til the moment we left. The location is about 30 minutes from Munnar centre, which ended up being perfect as it was more quiet and there were so many birds on the property! The food was delicious with a wide array of cuisines available. Joe was able to help us arrange drivers for our excursions and also recommend things to do and places to see. Also arranged airport transfer for us. We would definitely stay again!

View Valley Homestay is located in Anaviratty. Free WiFi access is available in this homestay. The accommodation will provide you with a patio and a seating area. We were looking for somewhere quiet and beautiful and we got this and more. Lovely location right on the bus route to Munnar which was a stunning route.our hostvfamily was so friendly and helpful a great base to see everything around Munnar and still have peace and quiet.
