Our host Alessandro was very responsive and helpful, offered us local recommendations and tried to help problem solve when we needed access to an iron. You cannot see the sea from the room, but it's just a block away.

I think it is a privilege to stay at this hotel because bathing in the jacuzzi takes away all the tiredness of your day. The location of the hotel is one step away from everywhere, the hotel is clean and the service provided is very professional. The host is extremely kind, sensitive, meets all your requests immediately and communicates with you very quickly. I think this hotel deserves four stars. I recommend you to stay at this hotel, you will not regret it.

Everything was just perfect: amazing hosts, very helpful, beautiful room, everything super clean and new. I could not recommend it enough. We will definitely return there again.

We had one room with private bathroom and a small court with separate entrance that was as presented and expected. It was nice that each room had a place to dry the towels and other things used a the beach. The air conditioner was a blessing. There is a small shared garden that we could use for our dog but we were mostly at the dog beach or dog park that are close by. The breakfast was good with serveral options that you have to comunicate to the host the day before that was served in the garden. The cappucino was great. We had a designated place for parking and a key to the automatic gate that made the acess easy. There was a shared kichinette and one row of the fridge assigned to our room that we could use for simple cold meals and to make a cofee.

Piombino 1428 is located in Piombino and is situated a short distance from attractions such as Piombino Port. Free WiFi is available. All rooms in the guest house are fitted with a flat-screen TV. clean , comfortable excellent value

The rooms were very nice with beautiful and modern appointments. The room on the ocean side had a small balcony where you could see other balconies of surrounding apartments and a small peek of the harbor. The kitchen was stocked with breakfast items including croissants, biscuits, fruit, jam and nutella, espresso and tea, and a few other items. My group used two of the rooms and it was hard to know when the third room was occupied so we were always trying to be quiet and not disturb them. The location was perfect and the hostess lovely. Extra touches included a book of maps and other brochures available to look through.

Very nice house converted in luxury apartments, with a nice pool and spa facilities. The room was very large, modern and comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and the view on the coast was amazing.
