Very good price. A hospitable family offered me a delicious breakfast. Recommend renting a bike from the owners of the hotel because the ancient city is very big.

This property offers access to a balcony, free private parking and free WiFi.... really authentic. the owner organised us a local dinner, it was very authentic. we were the only guests in the total darkness. only one bulb made some light, it was fantastic. and the next day he provided two bicycles to visit polonnaruwa. please check the brake before using the bike. : )

The guest house is off the main road situated right behind a vast rice paddy. There are monkeys and beautiful white birds everywhere. It's so peaceful at night and in the morning. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quite large. The bathroom was also large and everything was very clean. Also, the breakfast and dinner is fantastic. They also have the cutest dog in the whole world named Pepsi!

Nice, simple and very clean homestay, close to the ancient city. Possibility to rent a bike. I stayed only one night. Ravi the owner is very kind, humble and helpful, he even showed me around the lake with bicycles. And he always finds the solution;-)

Boasting free bikes, garden and views of mountain, River Nature Park is located in Polonnaruwa, less than 1 km from Gal Viharaya. -We stayed at 9 guesthouses and 3 hotels while we stayed in SL for a month. They had the FASTEST WiFi (SLT Fiber)! Since they have a generator, the modem stayed on even during a power cut. -The owner was more professional than other guesthouse owners. Very pleasant

Cute garden and little private patio, serene atmosphere, good food and bike rental available (and recommended to see the ruins!). The owner and his wife were really accommodating, helpful and lovely!

The food was delicious. The rooms were clean,comfortable. The staff were really friendly. The property was very safe. The hotel and its surroundings were beautiful and very peaceful. The safari,camping and kayak riding was incredible. I would highly recommend sunset tourist hotel to anyone.
