The owners are curtous and very helpful, they went above and beyond to accommodate our needs! Another thing worth mentioning is that the bedding is exceptionally soft and comfortable.

The staffs were exceptionally nice and went beyond their job scope to make us feel welcomed and comfortable...from the moment we arrived, a lovely lady helped to carry one of our luggages up the stairs...when we were checking out, another lovely lady switched on all the lights for us to take photographs and she even clicked so many lovely pictures for my family...she even played so patiently with my daughter for so long at the reception area while we were waiting for our grab...apart from the commendable staffs, the place was needless to say decorated with extremely beautiful vintage touches...we truly enjoyed our stay at tudor and will be back here again if we are in Ipoh!

Boasting a shared lounge, this property also provides guests with a sun terrace. I love everything in this hostel, this is such a hidden gem in a small town of Taiping. The interior was amazingly beautiful and details, I love their vintage and antique collections which were rare to find. The hostel is a house building and I felt so comfy and at home staying here. The house and the room were so classic and felt like traveling back to the past, love them soo much. All areas including the bathroom are clean and comfortable. The owner, Tricia and Tang were amazing persons. Tricia is soft spoken, sweet and friendly and resourceful. She gave me so much information about Taiping and things to do, including nice places to eat. Thank you so much! Highly recommend travellers to stay in Sojourn when your are in Taiping, or even just to stay in Sojourn is a very valid and strong reason to visit Taiping. ;)

They were consistently available to assist with anything we needed, and their kindness made us feel right at home. One example of their thoughtfulness: we had a taxi planned for 6am, and at that time, Anouar was already waiting in front of the gate to ensure everything went smoothly - This is just one of many examples that showcased their dedication. We really enjoyed our time with this wonderful family, and their warmth and hospitality made our experience on the island unforgettable. Thanks to them, we fell in love with Pangkor, and we would absolutely return just to stay here again. We highly recommend this place!
