They helped arranging everything we needed for our trip. We also really liked the furniture style. It was new and of good taste.

He put so much effort into making you feel at home. I really enjoyed my stay. The room is cosy and quiet in a beautiful neighbourhood.

The AC was so nice and cool, the splash pool relaxing, the staff was accommodating, they arranged a scooter and our laundry. Location is just outside the chaos, it’s so quiet and relaxing

Very nice, and great to talk to, and have very good recommendations for where to eat etc. The building is down a nice calm alley near a lot of good restaurants. It is clean, comfortable, has a nice cat and little koi pond inside. We found the bed really comfortable too. No noise from other guests. It was easy to reserve and pay services (like transportation, tours, laundry) through the hotel too. WiFi was solid in our room too. We would absolutely stay here again.

My heart is so filled with gratitude and love while I write this. The best part of Hue was our stay. The view from the stay was breathtaking. The breakfast was delicious. The attention to detail that Nam & Bao has given to the whole place is mind bogglingly amazing. The whole crew are like the best bunch of people that we interacted with during our whole Vietnam trip. They were extremely warm towards us. They helped us get laundry done, get a scooter, arrange transport to Hoi An, and received card payment - all of them at the lower rate than the market. Which shows their genuineness and authenticity. I will come back to hue - only for spending more time with people who run Hajime & for staying in this home.

Make sure to have contact with the property before check in though because there is no specific reception for the hotel part. You go to the cashier for the cafe. The room has very nice decor, is clean and new. We got the room with the view of the church next door and it was gorgeous. Great tips around town from the owner who helped us book tours and gave us ideas where to eat.

It was in a great location, nice and quiet but close to the river and walking distance to the Citadel. The staff were so helpful with booking our train tickets even late at night. It’s great value for money with lovely Vietnamese decor! Definitely recommend.

We liked our hosts Lam and Huyen, the staff who cleaned and cooked were so kind and generous with their time. We loved breakfast noodle soups (but other items are available), the house and expansive sitting areas and garden. We also appreciated access to their bikes!
