The hotel and room were very clean, the self checkin was very well organised, as well as the room lockers and kitchen. The location was very convenient and the staff were very friendly, helpful and attentive. I'd highly recommend to stay in this hostel.

the friendly and helpful staff. great location right in the city center. Ciutadella is a beautiful town and is the place where to stay in Menorca. very comfortable bed, clean and spacious room. unfortunately we stayed only 1 night, I hope to come back for more days
