It’s cozy and affordable. This is definitely a good option for a short stay in the city. Also, Nacera was lovely and very helpful.

I really liked the location, it's pretty much still downtown. Subway is super close too, 20 min to most museums. In the same time no major streets nearby, at night it's quiet as a countryside. Plenty of wonderful little shops and restaurants of all kinds in all directions. Everything was clean and well organized. Room was big, had toilet with sink and also separately shower with sink, hairdryer and towel dryer. Bed and pillow was comfortable. Everybody gets night light and USB charging outlet.

Staff are lovely, free left luggage, great breakfast, really good value, great location

Both receptionist were very kind and helpful. It's near of bus stops and metro.The room was clean, I could store my luggage for free before check in, so I could visit many places during the day.

Everything is excellent at Adveniat Paris, from his lovely staff to best breakfast, price and what's most important for his location. Location is near Ponte Alexander in Paris.

It’s clean and specious and everyone is quite in the room. Also love the way they organised. Every bed has a curtain that’s brilliant.

Property is very simple, access to a balcony, there is a shared kitchen , bathroom, and toilet , with one other room. Well heated and clean. Property is right beside a metro stop which makes access to the rest of Paris easy.

Very conveniently located in Le Marais area! Great for a short stay in Paris! The shared room was comfortable and clean. Very nice to have a shower attached to the bedroom, but toilet was out in the hall. Staff was very accommodating - especially when it came to storing luggage before and after I checked in & out.

If you are looking for a good place to stay with everything close to you. THIS IS IT! Metro, bars, bakeries, moulin rouge, sacre cour, opera, breakfast include it. WHAT ELSE DO YOU WANT?

Great location, few steps from metro station, spacious dorm, friendly people around and especially the staff were very helpful. I was allowed to use their shower even before check-in, which was super helpful after a long overnight flight. They also really helped me with a forgotten item I left at a hostel and I was able to arrange sending it to my country. Thanks very much for everything!!!

What a perfect place, the location, the rooms, the bathroom, I was an idiot for not taking this hotel for my whole trip.

This is one of the best value places I have stayed in Paris.

Location is awesome! You are minutes away (by train/metro) from every major tourist attraction. The employees are super nice.
