The staff were really friendly and accommodating. It was easy to check-in and ask for whatever was needed. The breakfast provided was excellent and there was a lot of variety. The dormitory was clean and spacious.

The four-bedroom dormitory was large and had a good shower and separate basin in the middle of the room, which creates a fairly good privacy division between the beds. There is a nice bar outside, and a bistro and large seating area on the 1st floor. The entire accommodation is accessible by wheelchair. You can phone the nr provided at any time if needed. 5 minutes walk to tram line, and 10 minutes to metro (you can catch the tram to many places and metro too). 5 minutes to large grocery store called Esselunga, and 11 minutes to Lidl.

very quick and easy to get to the duomo by tram, in a 4 bed dorm i had the room all to myself, i slept extremely well (this is rare for me in hostels), there is a lift, the rooms are slightly bigger than average.

We only stayed for 2 nights, but the stay was great, the hotel is on the 3rd floor of a university dormitory, nice large rooms at the level of a 4* hotel, breakfast without hot food but cold food had a varied selection, the metro was close by, there is a supermarket nearby, the bar was close to the reception.
