I chose this accommodation as it was near the main station of Bucharest, Gara de Nord ; I had baggage and a room nearby avoided the need to carry bags any great distance, or pay taxi fares. The main gate is secure and code controlled, but there's no Reception desk ( guests should state an accurate time of arrival, so someone is around to meet them). The rooms are laid-out motel-style, on an L-shape, assessed by a narrow wired stair-way (somewhat reminiscent of a detention centre). The décor is basic, though bed was comfortable enough and the linen provided (though faded) was soft + clean. There was a TV and a working fridge, but NO kettle ( another guest, staying longer than I, had been given the only kettle available for guests).

This is a good hostel. Its a nice and spacious female dorm with a big bathroom. Nice with breakfast included. Good common areas.
