I’ve stayed at AIASTAY six times already, and I keep coming back with pleasure every single time. The location is fantastic — right in the city center, close to everything you might need in Bucharest. The apartments are modern, spotless, and very well equipped, exactly what I look for during my stays. The building itself is a historical monument, so from the it looks old and not necessarily very appealing at first sight. Also the common areas and hallways still reflect the style of an older building and may seem dated compared to the modern apartments. However, the contrast between the exterior of the building, the interior hallways and the apartments themselves is truly wonderful – once you step inside the apartment, everything feels new, comfortable and carefully thought out. Even though it’s right in the heart of the city, the area is extremely safe. I’ve never experienced any kind of incident, not even a minor one, during all my visits. I highly recommend the apartments with river and boulevard views — the scenery is truly spectacular, especially in the morning and at sunset. Because they face the main road, it can be a bit noisy at night due to the cars passing by, but the electric exterior blinds help a lot and significantly reduce the noise. If you’re a very light sleeper, you should consider choosing an apartment facing the inner courtyard instead. The view is not as beautiful as the river view, but it is extremely quiet and perfect for those who prioritize silence. In short: a perfect combination of modern comfort, central location, and safety. I always return with joy and highly recommend this place!

The location of the hotel was very good, the staff was very friendly and helpful. All the items we needed in the room were clean and organized. If I were to go to Bucharest again, I would choose this hotel again. I would definitely recommend it.

The reception was warn from Beatrice who showed me to my room. The reception area smells so good too. The location is right in old town so taxi doesn't get into the venue .. something to consider if you have luggage. Its is also very close to everything on the positive side. The room is fantastic 👌🏽. You don't need to bring anything because it's all provided which I was surprised about. Not all high end hotels provide dental care and robe and this apartment provides it all. Personally I think its boutique aparthotel. Everything in the room is of high quality. I also love the minimalist design and attention to detail. I woukd recommend this place to anyone. I was so happy to be here genuinely

Everything was perfect. It’s located in the best area of Old Town, the view from the balcony was impressive. The apartment was beyond clean and fully equipped with everything we needed. As an architect I deeply appreciated the elegant interior design and of course, cherry on top: the bathtub.
