Nice hotel, fine location for early flights

-The hotel has a good location from my point of view, it closes the main street and is a walking street(sometimes). -The welcoming and professional of the staff, especially Mrs.Teodora from the reception, was very kind. We were happy and comfortable with our stay.

Perfect location in the centre of Bucharest . Big rooms and very quiet given the proximity of bars and restaurants. Lovely staff. I had a duplicate booking for some reason and I was reimbursed for the second room on the same day. Top service.

The room was amazingly big! We were traveling with 2 kids and it was perfect! Loved the breakfast! We enjoyed the pool for an hour

Location is convenient as it's 5 minutes walking from train station and 15 minutes walking to Augustina bus autogara. Food can get from Carrefour express and bakeries in the train station. Staff was helpful, especially Mohammed who was willing to help and answer all the questions. His service mind was excellent.

Very nice room, and we upgraded from the lowest very attractive price to a big room also very reasonable priced. A room where we could have stayed a long time. The hotel is located very near the North station where most trains from abroad arrives, and also very close to the metro. Breakfast was ok to the price level in total.

Hotel service was very nice, service was great, it was very clean and comfortable. Location is very good and the price is ok. Market, restaurant, farmacy, bus station - everything is near the hotel.

The breakfast had the most variety of food items that I have seen, and I have seen quite a few across Europe.

Excellent choice for work and for fun . Close to metro and just outside there is bus stop. Parking was available at a very good price. There were also parking spots available always, around the hotel. Convenient. Excellent Breakfast.

Location, comfort, and parking place for the car.

The central location, the comfortable room and the absolutely fabulous customer service from the Hotel staff. Nothing was too hard for them, from simple things like extra milk to helping organise our next booking. When we come back to Bucharest, we will stay here.

What more could you ask for? You feel right at home.

Location, staff, room and breakfast

Everything was perfect! Excellent location, downtown but on a quiet street. Warm and super clean room. Hot water at all times, strong wifi and comfortable bed. Friendly and polite staff, 24 hour reception. Very satisfied with all facilities and the price was fair. We were allowed to leave our luggage after checking out in a secure place, while we took a last stroll through the city center, until it was time to catch our flight.

Staff are amazing. Breakfast was soooo good, heaps of variety. Comfy bed. And right in Old Town. Beautiful decadent decor. What more could you ask for? Treat yourself.

The guy at the reception, who met us on the arrival date (29 Sept) and was there on our departure date (4 Oct) was so friendly and supportive: he prepared invoices and lunchboxes and did everything to make us feel home. So we are very grateful to him, unfortunately I didn't ask his name. But hugely thanks to him, my feedback is very positive.
