"I came to like otopeni for its convenience to the spa. I found bucurest busy, chaotic and with a lot of traffic so we were very lucky to be in the spa in and out within 10 to 15 minutes depending on the airbnb. We had a car and going in and out the spa and around otopeni was useful. I dont think you can walk around in the busy street. However I do not recommend driving in bucurest because if something goes wrong they have very strict driving rules and very strict police and I ended up having a lot of issues."

Room was very big , with coffee & water available. Very much self service, no c9ntact woth staff other than via email but were very quick to reply. Entrance to building via pinpad at door. Felt safe throughout our stay. Room was beautifully decorated with bright modern colours. Great location- some lovely eaterys close by and easy to reach places of interest arpund the city. good value. Overall would recommend.

We booked for one night to be closer to uni for an admission exam. Best decision ever! Everything is very clean and smells great. Congratulations to the staff! The room and beds were so cozy. We had a great night sleep and woke up totally refreshed. Although it's really close to the train station the noise is minimal. Food at the restaurant and coffee were also great.

I liked a lot how nice the ladies at the reception were really nice and helpful with a great attitude, the room was clean and exactly what you need when you are taking a break between planes and trains. Really good experience.

Architecture, restaurants, prices, feeling - everything in this city is great! Unfortunately, during my stay this time, fountains were closed. Tried a lot of restaurants and none of them disappointed me.

Therme was amazing got to recommend, don’t bother going for Elysium the palm is the best part! Close to the shops, nice affordable shops to visit and easy to use public transport, I’d recommend downloading bolt for your time there.

The hosts were extremely kind and responsive.

The hosts were extremely kind and responsive. They allowed our group to use all the amenities. I strongly recommend. We took advantage of the snow and made a snowman in the yard. It is extremely nice to be greeted with a smile, warmth and responsiveness. The hosts don't speak English well, but we used a mobile app and everything was fine.

Immaculate property, easy to get in and out, great location for the US Embassy, zoo close by and very good location. Great, great beds and pillows, two balconies, 3 air conditioning units, restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get in and out, underground parking, great wifi. Easy to get in touch with owner. Super safe location. I would come again and stay longer.

Location on the lake is wonderful, next to very nice fish restaurant on the coast. Bucharest is so close and the Therme Bucharest also, Snagov monastery and Mogosoaia palace. Next time I will stay longer to be able to visit more attractions 😊

It was ok.

It was ok. Everything about Bucharest was very exaggerated. you can do this city in 2 days we went to Therme it was OK very busy so not the best. We went to see the castles, which were very small in comparison to those in neighbouring countries. Romania doesnt have anything of its own - I would love to see a Nadia Cominch museum that would be great and a real ability to embrace a home grown hero.

For car enthusiasts, the Tiriac Collection Museum is a must-have experience (my son and I are car fanatics and spent more than 5 hours there). A large number of cars, both classic and modern, including unique pieces such as the Ferrari LaFerrari and Mercedes-AMG One. Free water available at the reception, coffee for an additional charge. As car enthusiasts, we give it 10 stars out of 5. Absolutely amazing. I can also highly recommend Therme. We only visited one of the three sections because of my son’s age (something you should definitely pay attention to), but we really liked it. Nice water slides, pools, pool bars both inside and outside, lots and lots of greenery, and even during busy hours we were able to find free sunbeds. Also open until late.

lovely location and good communication to begin with, with the owner however when showing faults of the inside room they did not agree although there is proof. There is mould in bathroom and the smell is very overwhelming despite leaving the windows opened. I could not stay for more than the weekend with dust/dirt of the room honestly. They just need to clean the inside of the room to the good standard that is in the lounge area and put a nice air fresher in the room, same as outside. :)
