Staff was very helpful. Room was very big and spacious with a corridor space outside the bedroom to put your stuff. Bathroom was big and water pressure was good. There was a small private parking area for 10 euros a day. Overall, we like the hotel.

New hotel, pleasant, innovative, fun design without fancy stuff. Quiet. I'll be back again next week. There is a nice terasse on the first floor with a beer dispenser (chargeable ). Pleasant neighbourhood, good restaurants nearby, one right across the road.

I received a very warm and friendly welcome, complete with a kind smile. Hasan, with his excellent customer service, helped me with everything, from giving me directions to the city to finding books by a friend published in his country. Óscar, who speaks both Spanish and English very well, and with whom I spoke, helped me with some special requests I made, coordinated my hotel pickup to the airport, and checked the availability of the books I wanted to buy. His kindness and smile are an intrinsic value for the hotel, not only for me but for all guests who requested his assistance. I thoroughly enjoyed my six-night stay at this hotel, especially thanks to two representatives who stood out for their kindness, dedication, and, above all, for providing me with the information I needed to enjoy beautiful Bucharest. Without a doubt, a great team that adds a special touch to their charming hotel.

The apartment is very spacious with lots of chairs and couch to rest on. There is a balcony too which provides a great view of the neighborhood. There is a great and inexpensive canteen right downstairs from the apartment where people working in the neighborhood buildings have lunch. There is also a supermarket right downstairs for food and supplies. Across the street are a couple of small pastry stalls and a coffee stall. All in all it is a highly efficient neighborhood and everything is at your fingertips. It’s ideally located and just 300 m away from PACII metro station. The reception staff was very accommodating and allowed us to check in at 12:00 instead of 15:00. The building is located in an industrial park and has a youthful and vibrant vibe.

First of all I must give a big thanks to Tony and Valentin for the very great service and support I got from those guys in the reception. I have visited many hotels but those in the reception was one of my best experiences! They were always smiling and was there, when I needed help and support. With those guys I give 5 stars instead of 4 . And again I’m very thankful. The hotel was fantastic, cleaned and fresh rooms . What ever you needed was in the room . Good gym but could be better if they just added some weights there .I mean weights are one the standard things to have in gym, even in a small gym . The cleaning staff was also nice and did a great job. Breakfast was good but could be better .

We booked for one night to be closer to uni for an admission exam. Best decision ever! Everything is very clean and smells great. Congratulations to the staff! The room and beds were so cozy. We had a great night sleep and woke up totally refreshed. Although it's really close to the train station the noise is minimal. Food at the restaurant and coffee were also great.

Location is convenient as it's 5 minutes walking from train station and 15 minutes walking to Augustina bus autogara. Food can get from Carrefour express and bakeries in the train station. Staff was helpful, especially Mohammed who was willing to help and answer all the questions. His service mind was excellent.

There’s so much to see!

There’s so much to see! We enjoyed a free walking tour, Elena was a great guide and was very informative, amusing as well. We enjoyed trips to Ceascus mansion, the Village Museum and the Parliament Palace - a must see! We also did a market tour with samples of local food, very interesting.

Otopeni has a nice neighbourhood, quiet, close to the airport and Therme Bucharest. Some streets are currently under construction and therefore closed which makes traffic congestion, but hopefully will be settled soon

Therme was amazing got to recommend, don’t bother going for Elysium the palm is the best part! Close to the shops, nice affordable shops to visit and easy to use public transport, I’d recommend downloading bolt for your time there.

Immaculate property, easy to get in and out, great location for the US Embassy, zoo close by and very good location. Great, great beds and pillows, two balconies, 3 air conditioning units, restaurants within walking distance. Easy to get in and out, underground parking, great wifi. Easy to get in touch with owner. Super safe location. I would come again and stay longer.

The rooms are beautifully decorated and spacious. It’s a good location as everything is within a 20 minute taxi ride. The staff were so friendly and accomodating. The owner, Victoria really went out of her way to make sure you had an amazing stay. We loved every minute of our stay there and would definitely come back!

Location on the lake is wonderful, next to very nice fish restaurant on the coast. Bucharest is so close and the Therme Bucharest also, Snagov monastery and Mogosoaia palace. Next time I will stay longer to be able to visit more attractions 😊

In my opinion this motel is best for staying close to the airport or if you have a car. To get to grocery stores you need to walk 2~ km by the highway or go to the local one who is barely a grocery store. Positive: As for the motel, it is very pretty, very modern and good facilities. The bathroom and shower are spacious and clean and they allow dogs which is a big plus for me. There is an Italian restaurant right by the hotel which is very good and convenient to order food from :) Negative: The young male receptionist is not very friendly at all and was just watching my 65 year old Grandma carry her suitcase up two flights of stairs and I have a feeling he is just the owner's son and not hired there based on his attitude. Maybe it is no longer Paris of the east, but still fascinating place full of contrasts. The best was The village museum with buildings across the Romania. The surprise is how many belle epoque villas are scattered through the city.The best way to explore is on foot, as public transport system I found little complicated. I would also recommend visiting Bellu cemetery. Unfortunately the National Cathedral is still not open to visit.

The security check is very efficient.

The security check is very efficient. Not enough places to sit, but it is nice that the airport has a lot of restaurants and options for eating. I really liked the Chozen Noodles restaurant. There are enough bathrooms which is appreciable. The queues at boarding are sometimes too long for the capacity of the airport and it makes moving through the airport difficult when it is crowded.

lovely location and good communication to begin with, with the owner however when showing faults of the inside room they did not agree although there is proof. There is mould in bathroom and the smell is very overwhelming despite leaving the windows opened. I could not stay for more than the weekend with dust/dirt of the room honestly. They just need to clean the inside of the room to the good standard that is in the lounge area and put a nice air fresher in the room, same as outside. :)
