We stayed at the hotel just for a few hours after our flight was cancelled, mainly to get some sleep. Even though our stay was short, the overall feel of the hotel was very nice and comfortable. The staff was super friendly and helpful, which made a stressful situation much easier. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and a great option close to the airport.

Hotel just steps away from the airport with a shuttle service to the airport every hour. Rooms and facilities are spotless, and the staff is kind and welcoming. Excellent breakfast, and they also have a restaurant for dinner. Highly recommended! ☺

It was the perfect location for our visit to the Therme and flights in and out of Otopeni. The staff were friendly and accomodating. They even provide a transfer from the airport for a small fee. The bathroom was spotless and we had a comfortable nights sleep. Breakfast was a continental buffet, eggs made to your liking, and a good range of tea. All in all - great value for money.

Great option for a short stay. The hotel is located near the Bucharest Henri Coandă airport. You will find everything you need for a comfortable stay. For car enthusiasts, the Tiriac Collection Museum is a must-have experience (my son and I are car fanatics and spent more than 5 hours there). A large number of cars, both classic and modern, including unique pieces such as the Ferrari LaFerrari and Mercedes-AMG One. Free water available at the reception, coffee for an additional charge. As car enthusiasts, we give it 10 stars out of 5. Absolutely amazing. I can also highly recommend Therme. We only visited one of the three sections because of my son’s age (something you should definitely pay attention to), but we really liked it. Nice water slides, pools, pool bars both inside and outside, lots and lots of greenery, and even during busy hours we were able to find free sunbeds. Also open until late.

Otopeni has a nice neighbourhood, quiet, close to the airport and Therme Bucharest. Some streets are currently under construction and therefore closed which makes traffic congestion, but hopefully will be settled soon

The security check is very efficient.

The security check is very efficient. Not enough places to sit, but it is nice that the airport has a lot of restaurants and options for eating. I really liked the Chozen Noodles restaurant. There are enough bathrooms which is appreciable. The queues at boarding are sometimes too long for the capacity of the airport and it makes moving through the airport difficult when it is crowded.

The trip was because of Therme Bucharest, but I am disappointed with their business practices. I ordered tickets through the website for entry to Therme Bucharest, but the tickets go through one of their partners, Headout, which did not send one ticket for an adult even though it was charged. I tried to arrange a refund through emails because I had to pay for that ticket again at the entrance to the pools. An employee warned me that I would not get a refund from the mentioned Headout, and she was right. I received 50% even though I did not cancel the booking; I simply did not receive the ticket from them by email. Although I ordered the tickets, I only received 3 out of the 4 that I paid for. I also wrote to Therme Bucharest, but then they started shifting responsibility between each other, so I gave up.

The hotel was warm, friendly welcoming and convenient. The shuttle to and from the airport worked well. The hotel was clean and there were helpful amenities such as tea/ coffee and water in rooms. The restaurant was good value with a varied menu , food was great, served promptly. All staff spoke English, and all were friendly and keen to help. Location was perfect for prompt connections to flights. There are good public transport links into the city too. There is no lift, but this was not an issue as staff helped to carry bags. No noticeable noise from airport or main road with windows closed. No noise from other guests.

The airport is not great at all, the staff are not friendly, and the available food is terrible. the food is so overpriced for an airport and does not look fresh. In the Duty Free, the staff are on their phone and do not want to help. The toilets are disgusting and covered in faeces or broken locks. Would not recommend at all.

A very modern and new house equipped with everything you need. Everything that was written in the description was respected. Our shuttle was with Pick-up from the thermal baths at the end of the day and drop-off at Otopeni Airport the next day. The breakfast was very hearty. The owner did not specify that it has a very modern view with LED lights in the garden at night from the Abasador restaurant plus the modern heating is on the floor. The access was very easy in the apartment.

The hotel is in convenient location with reference to the airport. The shuttle service adds the value needed to get to and from the airport without having to use taxis which are excessively expensive. My check in experience was very good and the fact that the man spoke very good English added a lot of value ! The restaurant serves good food.

During our stay at Charter Hotel, the only truly positive experience was the interaction with the reception staff. They were courteous, professional, and always willing to assist, which made a noticeable difference. Unfortunately, the rest of the experience did not meet my expectations, but the reception team's attitude was a highlight.
