All rooms at the hostel are fitted with a shared bathroom and bed linen. It's not only the fantastic view but also the amazing staff! Mari and Jesus were adorable and everyone else was friendly and helpful, too! The bathrooms as well as the kitchen get cleaned daily and are very well taken care of. Kudos to the cleaning ladies and staff!! The mattress was causing me some back pain and when I asked to change the bed they offered to change the mattress instead which helped tremendously. I did sleep like a baby after that. I've stayed in a few hostels and can say that this has been the best experience for me. The staff works there for years and they like what they're doing and it shows. Keep it up and I hope to come back for a third time!

Located around 2 km from Civic Centre, the hostel with free WiFi is also 14 km away from Serena Bay. The accommodation provides evening entertainment and a shared kitchen. Such a wonderful stay! Nelson was super accommodating and had a great attention to detail. We arrived quite late and he promptly came to check us in and was happy to chat with us despite the time. The bedroom was cosy and warm, and there was a nice bathroom with hot water (which cannot be said for all places in Bariloche!). The breakfast was lovely (cafe con leche and toasts with lots of little pots with dulce de leche, jam, cream cheese) a great place to meet other guests. There’s also a really nice common area with sofas and a tv. When we return to Bariloche, we’ll be staying here again no doubt! Muchas gracias Nelson 😊

Emily and Mariano and the whole staff were very welcoming and treated me like family. There was a nice common space and outdoor space to meet people and play with simona the crazy dog. I had a great time and ended up staying at the hostel twice when I returned to Bariloche!
