The staff were super friendly and helpful in booking the Great Barrier Reef and Kuranda tour. I was in a shared room with 3 beds. The room was as described and clean. The bathrooms were also clean and there are multiple so it's not a big problem to share. Amazing outdoor Shower. Easy check-out if you leave early to take a flight.

I booked very random, without originally planning to staying overnight on the Gold Coast. When I was younger in my late teens early twenties I stayed in many hostels throught Europe. I expected something similar, noise, lower quality, probably a bit run-down building, etc, especially for the price it costed - I thought to myself, for one night I can put up with such a hostel experience even over 30. However, what I got was amazing atmosphere, fantastic staff, clear rules, clean areasm, silence by night, beds and showers granting privacy, excellent working area and amazing social vibration. Warm welcome and all help I could imagine from Carolina! I can only recommend it for anyone, I've never had such a good hostel experience ever before! Better than some Airbnbs or cheaper hotels I have stayed before!
