The hostel also gave us cards for free bus trips around a interlaken in case we didn’t want to walk. The rooms and bathrooms were really clean. Our room was mixed gendered and had 3 bunk beds (so 6 people in total). There are washing machines and a fully equipped kitchen on the basement, so you can cook yourself if you want to save a couple francs

Was taken by surprise with the stay. With luggage, walking into the place is a bit tedious, but no complaints. First- the stunning view, then the location and accessibility by public transport, stay, rock climbing wall for kids, hanging bridge, and even Syril- was an exceptional host. Lots of items from the kitchen cupboard were shared and was a blessing for us during the stay. I booked this place by luck, but I'm pretty sure it's going to be a star property soon.

The house is very cozy, comfortable and it is very close to the pier. The host is very friendly and he helped us a lot. If we have the opportunity to return to Interlaken, we would love to stay at Walters hostel again. Highly recommend everyone to choose this location as a place to rest.
