The beds have warmers. Very good for the winter time in June. The hosts helped me plan my trip tot the Patagonia. Marco recommended bus companies, let me use his phone to contact tour guides, and drove me at 5 am to the bus station. Most out going host that do all they can to make sure you are safe and comfortable.

Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a very clean hostel. I especially enjoyed the spacious bathrooms and kitchen space. Good location in the centre of town close to the bus terminal and many grocery shops.

Been travelling for 1 month through Chile and this is one of the best hostel I ve been to. For sure the most clean! Sandro and Ledy are amazing, friendly and explained me how to move around Chiloé island and which are the best places to go. Everything is new and well maintened. Comfortable bed and good price. Great location. All attractions in Castro in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast was quite good. Parking, free, that felt secure in front of the hotel is a plus given its location.

It was a best hostel I stayed in so far. My bed had a great mattress and bedding was of hotel's standard. The host was very friendly and helpful in all aspects of my stay. Common area is nicely decorated and a good place to meet other guests.

I really liked this hostel. It's clean, comfy and warm and is in a great location. The staff are super friendly and are really helpful too - one of the guys spent ages talking me through how to visit the churches by public transpor, and they have loads of information about trips/excursions! It was quiet when I was there but the staff created a great atmosphere.
