Basecamp Wales offers family-run hostel accommodation in Llanllyfni, on the edge of the Snowdonia National Park and 30.3 km from Pen-Y-Pass and 8.2 km to the beach at Dinas Dinlle. Fun communal spaces and games available. Kitchen very clean and everyone very respectful. Hoover available for any mess. Plenty of tea towels. Beds very comfortable and warm. Staff also very knowledgable about hiking routes.

I loved the home, the room accommodations, the hospitality and the host!! I was warmly welcomed and had a wonderful stay in this lovely and charming place. My room and bathroom were clean and comfortable, and I had everything I needed. I was close to the bus station and a good pub for dinner. The common area was comfortable and well stocked. I can't say enough about how much I enjoyed my stay. I hope to be back one day!! Thank you, Steve, for everything!!!
