The room was clean, comfortable, and offered breathtaking cityscape views—especially from the private balcony, which quickly became my favorite spot to unwind. Waking up to such a scenic panorama every morning was truly a highlight. What made the experience even more special was the hostess. She was incredibly warm, welcoming, and attentive, ensuring I had everything I needed while respecting my privacy. Her hospitality added a personal touch that elevated my entire trip.We will never forget the night that we have a happy chat,with the delicious homemake sauce and wine.

The bathrooms and kitchen are clean and well-equipped, and I loved the idea of sharing leftover items it really adds to the community feel. There’s a nice balcony to chill on. Whether you're in a dorm or a private room, everything is comfortable and great value for money. Can’t wait to come back and stay longer next time!

Every time we visit Kutaisi we stay here. The accommodation is very clean, the family that runs it is very nice and they speak perfect English. We have stayed in both rooms and both the triple and the double are recently renovated, with new furniture and confortable bed. The double also has a large balcony, with table and chairs where you can enjoy the fresh air or eat. The location is perfect, a few minutes walk from the center, in a quiet area. We have no doubt that this has been one of the best accommodations we have enjoyed in Georgia, and we hope to return in the future!
