The room is so lovely, beautifully furnished with wooden elements, the bed is super comfy, private bathroom is great and there is a lovely terrace to hang out plus great common space downstairs. hosts are also great and helpful. higly recommended.

We stayed two weeks wish we stayed longer

You go to this place as a stranger but even after a couple days you become like family. I wish I could have stayed longer. 30 min drive to Saroke but no problem because it was easy to rent scooters from salty dog. Best place ever!!

מקום האירוח Medan Dazhong Backpacker's Hostel שוכן במדאן, באזור סומטרה, במרחק של 1.7 ק''מ מPajak Ikan Medan. Very friendly staff and owner. Also very helpfull when you need or want something. The best thing we could do was book the jungle trek tour. Our guide Edi Caterpilar was doing great teaching us all the stuff he knows about the jungle. We saw many oeran-oetangs and other monkeys. Also other animals like a weird river-turtle. Rafting in the end is also worth doing, very nice ending of the trip!

He helped me with recieving a package in Indonesia what was so important for me. He gives some good tips for the city and for first steps in Indonesia. The place has nice common space so it's easy to socialise with other travellers and go out with them for food, sightseeing etc.

First very disapointed because the booked superior room was very dirty and had a very bad smell inside. Bought an upgrade to VIP room, it was much better and my stay was fine. Bed was big and comfy, facilities to make tea/coffee in room. A/C worked fine. Alfa Mart near to hotel.
