The reception staff can arrange tours to the Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, and the Aran Islands. The hostel was very clean, that I really surprised off as for the price I paid for 2 nights in there, i wasn't expecting to be that clean, shower and everything spotless. The staff are so friendly and welcome you with open arms, any questions you have they are willing to answer to the best knowledge they know. I will be back again, hopefully around Xmas again.

One of the best hostels ever...Dee, the manager is exceptional. Clean, kitchen was incredibly well equipped & spacious. Also a very nice common room. Glengarrif is small, friendly & close to Garnish island and amazing hiking. It's a great base for exploring Bear peninsula and Bantry. Great music in the pubs.

Errigal Hostel, uniquely positioned in Dunlewey at the foot of Errigal mountain in the Gaeltacht, with Glenveagh National Park on one side and the Wild Atlantic Way beaches on the other side.

Errigal Hostel is the perfect base for hikers, cyclists, photographers, nature lovers and beach goers alike to explore one of Ireland’s most scenic regions. With a large selection of local amenities and activities that include hikes, guided walks, kayaking tours, local bike drop off service and Ionad Cois Locha heritage centre. This is a fantastic building in a fabulous location with great staff. I highly recommend it and I will be back here for sure.

The Nest Boutique Hostel offers a majority of double and twin ensuite rooms which have comfy beds, soft linen, power showers, fridges and contemporary Irish art work. Family bedrooms and dormitories are also available Good location. Just in front of the bus station, beach walking area at the back, small local supermarket nearby, cafe and bakery, restaurant nearby. The hostel has a fully equipped kitchen, I enjoyed buying local foods, cooked there, talked with other guests. The room had a huge handicapped bathroom, and I heard that the hostel used to be a care home. I really enjoyed Galway, want to come back again!!

That’s exactly why I’ve visited three times over the past seven years and each time, I chose to stay at Aille River Hostel. It offers such a cozy, home-like atmosphere that it has become my go-to place in Doolin.
