Boasting a shared lounge, garden and views of garden, The Hostello is situated in Verona, 1.6 km from Ponte Pietra. the hostel is well-located, clean, organized and quiet. the staff is absolutely fantastic, gentle, polite, helpful, patient, easy-going, happy, and they always call you by your name. my special thanks to Matteo and Ana who are very beautiful and warm-hearted human beings. i'll miss them all.

Cozy and colourful interior and there's a super friendly "gattina" at living the reception. The staff lady has also been quite cheerful :) Cleanliness, order and clear directions for everything. I could not agree more to having the shoe-free policy in the rooms! Lockers that I can lock with my room card. They're super convenient. No pressure to buy or bring my own padlock 👍 Much lesser risk of someone breaking into the locker while I am away.

One member of staff went out of her way to make something for me when I was hungry after closing time! I had to leave before breakfast started as well, and my packed breakfast was amazing.
