A személyzet rendkívül segítőkész, és nagyon alaposak. Minden ragyogóan tiszta, és bármilyen kérést, kérdést igyekeznek azonnal megoldani, megválaszolni. Tudtak biztosítani adaptert az európai szabványú töltőkhöz, ami felbecsülhetetlen segítség volt. Nagyon szinpatikus volt a hozzáállásuk. A szállóban van mosoda, és italautomata is, amit imádtam egyébként Japán-szerte, mert borzasztó kényelmes.
