I Nikko, 18 kilometer fra Tobu Nikko stasjon, ligger K's House Nikko - Kinugawa Onsen Hostel, som har en fellesstue, gratis privat parkering og en terrasse. + the staff was very helpful, you could ask them about the nearby sichtseeing spots and they would help you find a way (even in perfect English!) + the onsen was very clean and the outdoor bath was fantastic to relax in: you could hear the nearby stream and birds chirping + amazing common space + kitchen had everything you could wish for + supermarket close by

HakoneHOSTEL1914 is located in Hakone, 6 km from Hakone-Yumoto Station. Train and bus services are available. All rooms are air conditioned. Shared bathroom. We like the location because it’s near and accessible to bus and train.

Onsen Hostel K's House Hakone ligger en 15-minutters spasertur i oppoverbakke eller en 4-minutters busstur fra Hakone Yumoto stasjon. Everything was perfect! The stuff was super helpful and nice! The environment was very cozy and calm! The Onsen was amazing! 10/10 recommend

Bare 38 kilometer fra Nikko stasjon og 38 kilometer fra Tobu Nikko stasjon ligger Guesthouse Kincha 駅東口, som tilbyr overnatting med klimaanlegg og felles bad i Utsunomiya. Just a short walk from the station, this traditional Japanese guesthouse has everything you could possibly need from comfy beds to clean bathrooms. The owner was really hospitable, friendly, and always considerate of his guests and we had many good and informative conversations together. This was one of the best guesthouses I’ve been to in Japan, and I can’t wait to visit it once more.

I Minakami, 36 kilometer fra Gala Yuzawa vintersportanlegg, ligger Tanigawa Valley Lodge & Coffee Roastery, som har gratis sykler, gratis privat parkering, en hage og en fellesstue. Everything was great. Craig and all the staff were wonderful and made us feel like home. They had great tips for things to do in the area, gave us rides from/to town, and also helped make reservations. The e-bikes made getting around super smooth. Breakfast and coffee every morning were top notch. And finally the lodge itself was spotless and in a super beautiful and peaceful area, with hikes starting pretty much right outside the door

Bare 7 minutters gange fra Tokaku-ji Temple og 500 meter fra Ryukoku-ji Temple ligger 上野之家分館家庭房, som tilbyr overnatting med klimaanlegg og eget bad i Tokyo. It’s super clean and nice. And the owner is super friendly, they let us check in early and let us put our luggage’s at their place after we check out.

ちゃぶだい Guesthouse, Cafe&Bar ligger i Kawagoe og har en hage, terrasse, bar og gratis WiFi over hele overnattingsstedet. Great place! The staff is lovely, and super sociable. The house is very beautiful, and the room is cosy. Not too many guests, so it feels nice. I had good fun with the staff and the locals in the evening, and at breakfast time.

Hostel Chapter Two Tokyo ligger i Tokyo, 1 minutters gange fra Asakusa stasjon, og har en terrasse, bar og utsikt over elven. I appreciated them carrying my suitcase upstairs. The location is amazing! right by a train station and beautiful views of the river. I loved my stay here it was so cozy.
