What we loved most was the warm hospitality – we felt welcome from the very first moment. Highly recommended, and we’d love to come back!

Being my first time in Japan, I didn't know what to expect from the hostels. However, the location was absolutely amazing. The hostel is directly opposite the train station. The hostel also offers a luggage service and a bike rental service. You absolutely must rent a bike. I am an anime guy and riding on a bike around Kumamoto felt like a 12 episode anime hahah. The people in Kumamoto were very friendly and Kumamoto is one of my top 5 places in Japan. The hostel also offered traditional clothing, which I was so grateful for.
