The management is truly exceptional, ensuring that every guest feels comfortable and valued. The manager was incredibly honest and kind—an absolute pleasure to interact with. I was lucky enough to receive a wonderful surprise when, despite booking a dormitory bed, I was given a whole room at no extra cost. It was such a generous gesture that made my stay even more special. The reception staff were equally fantastic, always respectful, welcoming, and extremely helpful. No matter the time, they were available 24/7 to assist with anything I needed. The hotel is also very clean and well-maintained, making the stay even more enjoyable. Everything from the rooms to the common areas was spotless and fresh. The overall experience was outstanding, and I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for great hospitality, cleanliness, and comfort!
