Homy offers large lockers that I could fit my entire medium suitcase into, spacious beds (I think they're a bit longer and wider than a twin?), blackout privacy curtains, a whole row of well placed hooks for each bed, North American electrical outlets, and individual lights for each bed. Everything is well designed and well laid out. The kitchen is well equipped with a microwave, toaster, and refrigerator. And the view of the waterfront is everything! The internet is strong and works well, the showers and toilets were clean, and the kitchen/lounge is constantly cleaned as well.

Concrete Jungle Cabin se află în Kota Kinabalu, la aproximativ 4,1 km de Sabah State Museum & Heritage Village și la 5,2 km de Likas City Mosque. I loved how comfy the bed is. The showers and toilets were separated and kept clean by the care takers. Though I have to keep quite all the time as the dorm was also occupied with other travellers. I checked in quite late and stayed only for 6 hours and prior to my late arrival, as the reception is only available for 12 hours, the management sent me a message on Booking for self check-in which was so convenient and great especially for a late check-in. Thank you for the auntie who was there to help me out as well. Loved her vibe! Place is situated at the heart of Gaya Street, right in front of Jesselton Hotel and quite close to Wisma Merdeka (which was my main purpose to go there). I'm grateful for the locker underneath. Got to store my luggage inside safely, whilst I roam around the street. Affordable? Definitely Location? Yes Clean and comfortable? Yes Would I book here again? Yes

Excellent location rhought the hostel is quite quiet. Only saw other travelers briefly in the morning. Good kitchen. Great to have washer and dryer use.

This was a perfect place to stay for us to explore the sepilok area. The Rainforest Discovery centre is only a 5/10 minute walk away and the Orangutans centre only 15/20 minute walk away. Our room was spotless and the bathroom felt recently renovated which was lovely. The food at the restaurant was also very tasty and affordable
