He explained everything so clear and detailed, also showed me around in the hostel when I check in. Also, they responded quickly and patiently in the app. The room, bathroom and shared space were all very clean. The location is also very good, very close to the subway station and there are many surrounding attractions. One more thing!! They have a luggage lift, which means you don’t need to carry it up the stairs!! At all, I like the vibe and interior deco of this hostel so much!!! Highly recommended if you stay in Lisbon!!

I loved the colors, the bunk beds were comfy and they had this little space inside to save valuables. The staff was nice and they also give you a towel which is important.
