I found this place after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I was so stunned by how comfy and homey this place was. I stayed in a dorm room but it was so conveniently quiet and got a working table so I had to work a little bit. Worth the money! Oh did I mention the kitchen area and the breakfast they served? Wow, the staff introduced me to Thai curry and noodles with chicken (which I don't recall the name) but yeah, overall, I really loved it! - Also don't worry if you don't like a heavy breakfast, they have a Western breakfast menu too! :) I definitely want to visit back when I'm in Bangkok! Friendly staff as well!

LOBSUEK Hostel mempunyai bilik berhawa-dingin dengan TV skrin rata satelit di daerah Bangkok Old Town Bangkok. Asrama 2-bintang ini menawarkan ruang simpanan bagasi. The room was bigger, comfier and more stylish than I could tell in the pictures. Loved staying there! Great and comfy bed, nice bathroom, fantastic big window and space to sit in and work. The WiFi was very strong and the rooftop was cool too. The free breakfast was abundant with pancakes, toast and fruit. The staff was so helpful too as I arrived earlier than expected. The neighbourhood is not picturesque in the classic sense but very authentic, I felt like I was a real part of Bangkok and loved sitting in the cafes by the canal. I booked three more nights there!

Like everything in this hostel, my favorite hostel in Bangkok, I keep going back every year unless there’s no vacancy, Khaosan Road is 10 minutes away by walking, a lot of fun things around, street food or all kinds of eateries close by or in walking distance, hostel itself is nice to hang out or relax, just love the atmosphere here.
