That was genuinely amazing experience! The bathrooms were super clean, even though there are other people in the room, you never really hear them. Everyone is just super polite. Location is like 8 seconds from the beach. Security boxes are there, free fruits are there, as well as water, coffee and 24/7 friendly, kind and helpful personnel. Laundry service is available as well. Thank you so much for this experience!

Free goodies were a nice touch. The climb is indeed tough with the heat and the backpack. But well worth the view. Friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely return!

The owner is so lovely and happy to help with tickets and any recommendations. Bonus was coffee, toast and fruit in the morning. I had a late ferry out and they were happy for me to store my bag and chill in the common area when I needed a break from the sun. Highly recommend The City Hostel if your looking for a quiet comfortable place to stay on Phi Phi.

The place is a bit remote which is great as the noise from the parties is really loud, the cleanliness was exceptional both in the rooms and the bathrooms, the towels were changed every day and the beds were organized, they also provide a free simple breakfast, the staff are helpful and polite.
