A magical 1 bedroom apartment with stunning City and Sea views. Rising high above the Dubai Skyline this apartment is fully fitted with everything you need for a comfortable luxurious stay. Located in central Dubai's DIFC. You are in the heart of the action. A short 5 minute drive takes you to Downtown Dubai alongside the Burj Khalifa, Dubai Mall and the Fountains. Located within the DIFC neighbourhood is some of the world's best restaurants and evening entertaining. A spacious 1 bedroom with an amazing open plan layout designed for comfort, after entering the guest bathroom is conveniently located. Then you are greeted by the full size kitchen with all the necessary equipment to create your home cooked meals. Next to the kitchen is the marble top dining table sitting up to 4 guests. For late night relaxing and Netflix binging you have a comfortable sofa bed in-front of a 55 inch smart TV. When it's time to sleep what's better than having a view of the Dubai Skyscrapers right from your bedroom? Enjoy the view from our high floor apartment and get ready for the next day!

Neighbourhood information

DIFC is Dubai's financial district, with a short drive you are in Downtown Dubai alongside the Burj Khalifa and Dubai Mall. DIFC is also home to some of the finest restaurants, hotels and nightlife in Dubai. With a walk across the street you are there! Free parking with the Apartment! The most convenient method to get around is by car, but you also have access to the metro which is a 5 minute walk away. Local taxis and uber are also readily available and easy to access due to the central location.
