I booked the hotel as it was not too far from the World Trade Centre as I was in Dubai for ATM and metro access is 5-10 mins walk from hotel. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprise that the hotel provided free shuttle for ATM. Also chose the hotel due to its proximity to the Dubai Mall and it was more affordable than the other hotels around. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful when I needed assistance. Thanks to both Sabbu and Kumar. Breakfast is buffet style and was good with a large choice in pastries and cold section but limited in the hot section. They have separate breakfast menu on request if you don't want the buffet so it kinds of complement. Good wifi - was able to connect and work efficiently. Nice surprise was the minimart behind the reception where you can buy some snacks/necessities and which is open 24/7.

They have an amazing front desk lady Placid she was so cheerful and warm despite being pregnant she went above and beyond to ensure we got room in time. Amaaaaazing soul made it all worthwhile staying at the Rove.
