The sleeping area features a black king-size bed dressed with fresh white linen and bed covers, and topped with colorful cushions, matching the wall paintings above. Nightstands with lamps, wardrobe, and makeup vanity table with chair and a mirror are also available. The living area is separated from the sleeping area with an original squared wooden shelves. A large grey double sofa bed, two dining chairs and a table are also available, with a 55’’ HD Smart TV with Netflix. The room is naturally well-lit, and gives access to a private balcony furnished with a table and two chairs, for you to sip your morning coffee as you enjoy the tranquil scenery of the lake underneath. The kitchen at the apartment is compact, yet all inclusive. It features wooden cabinets and black countertops, as well as equipment such as cooking basics, dishes and silverware, hot water kettle, oven, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, electric stove, microwave, and Drip coffee maker. The bathroom includes a bathtub, a toilet and a washbasin. The bathrooms have amenities such as hot water, hair dryer, complimentary soap, shampoo, conditioner, as well as towels, toilet paper, and more.

- BUS STATION NEAR LAKE VIEW TOWER: Bus stops near Lake View Tower, Dubai include the one at DMCC Metro on Al Sarayat Street and the other at JLT Business Centre. Both bus stops are accessible in five minutes on foot. Integrated with the fare system of RTA (Road and Transportation Authority), the bus service operates every 20 minutes on the JLT route from the aforementioned stations. - METRO STATION NEAR LAKE VIEW TOWER: Options for public transportation in Lake View Tower are quite convenient as the building is a short distance from two metro stations: DMCC metro station that offers Red Line service is the nearest, while JLT Metro Station that is next to Dubai Marina on Sheikh Zayed Road is another metro station near Lake View Tower.
