Everything was perfect from check-in to check-out, the staff was friendly and helpful and the formalities went smooth. We got our room two hours sooner and it was beyond any expectations: big, clean and with a tropical vibe. The bed was huge and comfortable and the view was spectacular at the 17th floor with frontal sea view. We booked half-board and it was the best idea ever. Breakfast had a lot of variety for all tastes and we could eat either inside or outside, naturally we dine every time outside to enhance our experience. Dinner has different a theme every night and we got: street food, international, ribs and french cusine and we enjoyed it every time. The staff was helpful and always there to help your every need. The hotel is close to DMCC Metro station and also has tram and bus connections in just 8 minutes walk. The proximity with JBR area, Dubai Marina and Bluewater it's the greatest asset because you never run out of things to do. This hotel is the best option if you want to have both a dynamic holiday in Dubai or just for relaxation.

Had a lovely experience at the hotel. Naim from housekeeping was outstanding—quietly efficient, extremely sincere, and always making sure everything was comfortable and perfect. His work truly stood out. Juliah at the reception was equally wonderful—warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. She made check-in and interactions feel easy and pleasant. Need a separate cashier for buying coins for shower otherwise you stay 20 minutes with all the people who purchase other services in same queue and it takes time, under the sun, it is never less then 15-20 min that is nonsense and spoil all experience from gbr beach. You pay for shower but you need to suffer for what you re paying. Public bathrooms doors in female bathroom most of them cannot be locked and in general need some renovation. For example Kite Beach set or is absolutely perfect about everything. GBR beach need some improvements.

Beyond the absolute cleanliness, the apartment is fully equipped and impeccably furnished, perfectly suitable even for a demanding family. The location is exceptional – very close to the beach and approximately a 12-minute walk to the DMCC metro station; those familiar with Dubai know what a great advantage it is to be close to the metro when you want to explore the entire city, not just Marina and JBR. This is a brilliant hotel for children, with so many activities, splash park, pools, lazy river, bouncing castle on the beach, beach pool with the big inflatable obstacle course. All the staff were very helpful and kind. When my son got ill the first aid team were very helpful and someone even called the next day to check he was feeling better. Food was also excellent. (I don't think I'd stay here if the kids weren't with me.)

Overall, the hotel is very nice. The staff is very friendly and ready to help. Very spacious room, clean and comfortable. Wi-Fi fast enough. The breakfast was good and very diverse: a selection of both European and Eastern cuisine, the dishes changed from day to day. The hotel also has a very convenient location: it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the metro and bus stops. Air-conditioning worked well. The hotel also provides a shuttle service to the beach, but it needs to be booked one day in advance.

The hotel is located very close to the beach, the apartment I had was very very big. The staff is wonderful, very attentive to your needs and tries to make your stay as nice as possible. Catherine and Shabbir at the reception took the interest to check if everything was okay. Thank you very much for everything to all the staff. If I return to Dubai I would choose this accommodation again.

This was probably one of the best vacations I’ve ever had. Every detail of the hotel, the service, and the views was perfect. So many people put in a tremendous amount of work to make you feel comfortable and never want to leave. The food was excellent, the beach and the pool were amazing — you could truly feel the care, even when they offered you sunscreen. Safety was ensured everywhere. I dream of returning to this hotel again. Thank you to all the staff for the wonderful stay and great mood.

Everything was great! The location is perfect- very close to the beach, to supermarkets, and restaurants. The apartment is lovely, well-equipped and the building even has a gym, sauna and pool. I stayed for a few days but would love to come back to the same apartment when in Dubai again.
