Need a separate cashier for buying coins for shower...

Need a separate cashier for buying coins for shower otherwise you stay 20 minutes with all the people who purchase other services in same queue and it takes time, under the sun, it is never less then 15-20 min that is nonsense and spoil all experience from gbr beach. You pay for shower but you need to suffer for what you re paying. Public bathrooms doors in female bathroom most of them cannot be locked and in general need some renovation. For example Kite Beach set or is absolutely perfect about everything. GBR beach need some improvements.

The hotel is well appointed, with amazing architecture and feel. The staff was great and it was easy to access all facilities with quality service everywhere. The beach was clean as well as the pool, which was cooled to perfection. the breakfast was very good, the room is spacious and comfortable with a great bathroom. The EauZone restaurant especially is great. The pool remained open till 8pm which gave us a good 3 hours of cooler weather to enjoy it in the evening even during the hot season.

We like the bathroom, the room sizes, the beach and the Italian restaurant, the Spanish restaurant was also pretty good. The hotel location is convenient for our own scheduled activities, although the road works happening right now meant some diversions are needed before getting onto Sheikh Zayed street. The rooms and pools were clean. All the staff were amazing. the Valet parking was very convenient and prompt. The breakfast had a good variety of items.

Good location, rooms are spacious and clean, a little old. Beach is very nice, they could use a pool at the beach like the hotel next door and showers at the beach are definitely missing. Lobby is nice and clean too. Some of the best hotel restaurants I have tried, especially the Idian and the seafood grill.

This hotel was incredible! It is the biggest hotel I’ve ever seen, the gym was unreal, beach is immaculate and the pool ice cold. The staff were the most kind people and so attentive, a man name Ismail works on the beach and it was 42 degrees outside but he ensured we were having a nice time. 10/10 service.

Didn’t expect this Hotel to be Celebrity as well the food is absolutely amazing. The buffet breakfast is one of the best you’ll find in Dubai. I really was blown away and his right across from the beach. It has a walkway so you can go for a walk in the evenings where you will see Fountain’s.
