It is perfectly positioned in Business Bay, just a stone’s throw from Sheikh Zayed Road, Burj Khalifa and the Dubai Mall. • Units fully furnished and equipped with standard appliances (cooktop, oven, fridge and washing machine) • Kitchen equipped with microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine. All basic kitchen utilities provided. • Linen and towels provided. • Complimentary amenities provided including coffee, tea, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and cleaning products. • Free high-speed internet and smart TV with premium programs. • This is an apartment hotel; no room service is available. • Access to the swimming pool from 7am to 8pm and gym center from 7am to 10pm. • Parking space. • Secure property entrance. • Keypad lock for all units. • Safe in each bedroom closet. • Parties, smoking and pets are not allowed. • Refundable security deposit of 1,000 AED (1 bedroom), 2,000 AED (2/3 bedrooms) and AED 4,000 (4 bedrooms/villa) against any damage or misuse of the property. • A one time cleaning fee collected within the rental payment (AED 250). • Dubai Tourism fees as per the Dubai Tourism & marketing authority are applicable and paid by the guest (10 AED per standard bedroom per night, 20 AED per deluxe bedroom per night).
