Pool closure until April 30, 2024. The building facade had some damage in early November, therefore it will receive a partial " facelift " unit June or July TBC. Our stunning studio apartment is in the heart of Downtown Dubai - walking distance to Burj Khalifa, Souq al Bahar, Dancing Fountains, Dubai Opera and countless other Downtown sites. All the essentials - supermarket, pharmacy, coffee shop and salon - are 5 minutes walk from the lobby. The spacious apartment features premium furnishings and is sparkling clean! Enjoy a glass of wine while taking in the gorgeous sunset from our spacious balcony and nestle into the super cosy king bed.

Downtown Dubai is one of the most written about neighborhoods in the world. Need we say more : ) Dubai is an extremely safe and affordable city to get around. Taxis, Uber and Careem (local ride sharing company) are all readily available and convenient. While the metro in Dubai is used heavily by commuters, its generally not an end-to-end transport solution. That said, its about a 20 minute walk from the apartment to Burj Khalifa / Dubai Mall metro station.
