Great location! West beach is a lovely area, with a nice beach, a great vibe and a local mall. The hotel had some exciting events around the pool area and the restaurant which we really enjoyed. The staff were great, especially the man that served us regularly in the reception coffee area.

We got the room we booked - Premium Corner Sea View but it was one with partial sea view (although the picture on booking showed a full sea view), so even though we paid extra we got the same view as a cheaper room (Premium Sea View room). The staff was helpful, they checked us in earlier than expected. Our room was on the 7th floor and music blasted well into the night but the room was very well soundproofed and it was such a major inconvenience. Breakfast was nice with a varied selection. The private beach was well worth it, we managed to find lounge chairs every time even though we went there at different times of the day. The room was very clean, spacious and very well organized. The bed was very comfortable. Room service ok but a little overpriced.

The location was very nice at the West beach of Palm Jumeirah with lots of cafes & restaurants around it. There’s was access to a private beach. The staff were very friendly and attentive. The bed was really comfortable.

i recently stayed at this hotel and I have to say, the staff made my experience truly exceptional. There was a lady at the reception who could speak Turkish (I apologize for not remembering her name), and a staff person named Hamid. These two individuals were the most helpful, lovely staff I have ever encountered in my travels. They went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable. I wish them both great success in their careers.
