First of all, owners of the property are wonderful people. They are helpful, cheerful and kind. Although we spend one night in there, we felt that we stayed there long time. The facility is quite close to well know beach of Himare. The view is extremely fascinating and you will experience this panoramic view while you will have breakfast and dinner. Their breakfast includes lots of homemade jam & marmalade. Every evening you can eat different meals on the menu with appetizers in addition to fix menus. That was also delicious. If you want to come to Himare, you can keep this place in your mind to see warm hospitality.

The view of the beach/coast is beautiful! And it has so many beautiful flowers! Staying here, even though just for was night, was very relaxing! Hostess was always making sure we had what we needed, she gave us some pretty good dinner suggestions. Room was small, but had everything we needed abd the bed was comfortable, so that is the most important thing. The balcony was perfect to finish off the night with a beer, listening to the waves and crickets. We came here lured by the good breakfast and well... It was amazing, definitely the best we've had in our Albania tour! Simply delicious, fresh apples, delicious sweets, eggs available to your hearts content. And in sure if we needed anything else, the hostess would provide if she could. I would definitely come back, even if it's a bit far from the beach, the peacefulness of the place and great food (lunch was being prepared when we were having breakfast and it smelled amazing) makes it all totally worth it

This property is a family run one and it is really, really nice!! The room was clean, it also had AC, a balcony, a fridge and Maria was very helpful with anything we needed. This place is close to the beach, max 10 minutes by car. It is also very quiet and nice. The breakfast was great, the entire family was involved and we had a very good meal and the feeling was unique, by them making their best to give us the best breakfast, we had a traditional egg,cheese and tomato into the oven dish, some donuts home made which were delicious with the fig marmelade which was also home made. We really loved this place, the food and the owners! we will definitely come back if we get a chance.

We stayed for 3 nights and our experience was excellent! The view of Livadhi's beach was amazing from our big balcony. The room was quiet and comfortable with all the facilities and I enjoyed very much the long hot shower after our rainy exploring days. The owners were very welcoming, especially Maria which greeted us every morning with fresh roses from the garden and delicious breakfast. We loved to talk to her and share our adventures every day. We would love to spend more days and for sure we will go back again. Totally recommended for those who have their own car and like to explore the beaches and mountains nearby!
