Breakfast was buffet, while for dinner you could choose a three course from different menus every night. Beach parasols and towels were also included. Cleaning was done daily. The staff was friendly and professional. I recommend this hotel.

We spent 3 nights in Ksmail to visit Butrint Archeologic Park-which was wonderful. We also spent half a day hiking in the area. We were visiting in the 3rd week of November, in the pouring rain. We enjoyed Butrint. Ksmail itself a small town, rather blah in the off-season. Probably conjested Hell in August during peak season.

Getting to ksamil from Tirana was a beautifully scenic and straight forward drive. Ksamil is a relatively simple place, and perfect to travel to in September if you prefer quieter beaches and a bit more peace. Ate at the Black pearl on the first night. the black pearl also cooked us up a picnic and sorted us out a lovely boat trip to the secluded ksamil islands. I'd avoid going in peak season. So September is perfect. had a great time relaxing at the Veranda by Apollonia. Some of the islands sadly are plagued by glass and trash which is sad. But the local people and staff at everywhere we visited are more than helpful and also speak several languages.

Ksamil’s greatest advantage is its proximity to UNESCO World Heritage Site, Butrint. And its view of Corfu directly across from it. We also found a pretty nice beach at Beach Club Lori. Loads of restaurants in walking distance from our apartment.

Ksamil is very nice town with beatiful landscape. Clean beaches and sea... Is ideal for those who love city beaches and night life... If f you prefer privacy and calm locality it is not for you but you have to visit it, because is beautiful. Near Ksamil is archeological site Butrint which is super tip to visit and many others attractions (Blue Eye cca 25km etc etc..).....

The beaches of Ksamil are very beautiful, with clear waters. Good and cheap food in most taverns. In Sarande, Sunset Beach is very beautiful, and in our top favorite is the "Da Luz" terrace, where the food is very good, cheap and the service impeccable (a very nice family) The traffic is terrible. Drivers don't follow the traffic rules (they don't stop, don't give priority and park anywhere, blocking (many times) the traffic.

From $32 per nightWhat a lovely hosts! We were happy to have enjoyed this awesome Albanian hospitality. While you are staying in an extension of the hosts' home, you feel like you basically have your own house. Everything is very quiet around the place, just the occasional cat, dog or cattle making some sounds. The place is kept clean and you enjoy all the facilities you need. Also, you have a huge garden and are very close to one of the most quiet beaches of Ksamil. We enjoyed our night here and will definitely return when we come back to Albania!

This place must be on top of the line in this area! Brand new hotel, the location is good, closest beach is around 5 minutes by walking, grocery store across the street, the owners both so polite, the room has everything you need so clean nice and maybe the bathroom is the best part, nice breakfast, the best part is the price I guess this is a good value for money! On top of this we arrived there at 8:30 am and the owner let us check in more than 4 hours before the actual check in. I recommend mend this hotel!

First time in Albania, and I feel in love with the place - beautiful nature, friendly, and nice people. Vila Diamond is in a very good location - a few minutes from the beaches. The apartment was clean, very nice, and cozy, a wonderful fantastic! view from the balcony (you can see Corfu (Greek island), beautiful sandy beaches, and many Ksamils islands). Nice and friendly hosts. A lot of regards to Ronaldo!!! We will come next year again definitely.

The location of the hotel is great, just a few minutes to the public beach. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed and had a well-equipped kitchenette. The Studio Apartment with Sea View had a nice spacious balcony with beautiful see and mountains views. The manager was friendly though the communication was a bit difficult because he could only speak Albanian.
