The stay was perfectly smooth from getting the keys to checking out. The staff was lovely and I was able to park my car in the garage which was a big relief. Beautifully designed modern, simple rooms with AC. Size of the rooms was perfect for a couple and it had everything we needed including a well functioning kitchen.

Rezidenca SHOPI apartments is located in Elbasan, it features accommodation, city and garden views. It offers modern apartments in a quiet neighborhood. The building is equipped with a elevator, terraces and balconies are accessible from all of the apartments. The units feature a living room with a sofa, free WiFi, a kitchen, a private bathroom with a hairdryer, bed linen, towels, a flat-screen TV with cable channels, a balcony and views of the garden and the city. Each apartment has a modern kitchenette, equipped with a refrigerator, a stove and cooking oven, coffee machine and washing machine. Cooking utensils are available to guests. The uniqueness of the apartments is the newst modern technology in it. All apartments are equipped with their own air conditioning system. The building was built from ecological materials with a great focus on sustainability. Each apartment also has its own balcony. Guests at the apartment can enjoy a continental breakfast, it is served packed in the room, for dinner or lunch they can enjoy traditional food in the restaurants that are very close to the building. Rezidenca SHOPI offers car rental and transport service from and to Tirana airport. The nearest airport is Tirana International Mother Teresa Airport, 52 km from Rezidenca SHOPI.

These fantastic apartments are located at the entrance of the city of Elbasan, in the residence complex Rezidenca Shopi. It is on the main road and easy to find by foreigners. The building is new and has a modern elevator, which uses code only from the residents of the building. There are free space for construction and clients offering free parking for free, with access to the remote control, so that each resident feels comfortable and secure. Every apartment we offer is pleasant and comfortable enough to live. The 70 square meter Two bedrooms Apartment has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and another with two single beds and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, 2 bathrooms with shower and 2 big balconies. While the 40 square meter One bedroom apartment, has a bedroom with double bed and a sofa bed in the living room, with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a big balcony. Studio apartment 30 square meter has two single beds(became one double) and a sofa bed, with a kitchenette, a bathroom with shower and a big balcony. Each apartment has a very nice kitchenette with all cooking accessories, dining table with chairs, a bathroom and a balcony with a table and chairs where you can have a drink or your own meals. Meals have an additional fee, are served packed in the room. The apartment has flat screen TV, WiFi, and iron. You will feel in home and love it.
Living in the Residence Shopi is like staying in your home. Everything is very comfortable, quiet, accommodation in new furniture, elevator, secure parking, and a few meters away from restaurants, bars, shopping malls and supermarkets.
Tereza Airport Airport is 43 km away, Ohrid airport is 56 km away, Durres beach is 60 km away, on the ground floor of the building there is a café bar and there is a restaurant 100 m away, near.
