The rooms were clean and comfortable. The shared bathroom was modern and well maintained. The location was excellent, located in the town center. The breakfast was very tasty. The best part was the staff. They were kind, hospitable and attentive.

Company info

Noosh was founded in 2019 and it has already received hundreds of guests from 12 different countries. It is a traditional Armenian restaurant but special dishes can also be served upon request. Noosh is a family-based business and all the people working here are members of our family. And as it is targeted to develop the rural life, we don’t buy products from supermarkets, instead we plant fruits and vegetables in our garden or just buy them from the villagers.

Noosh guest house is situated in the historical village of Ashnak, which has recently been announced a cultural area. There is a vast garden with fruit trees and a restaurant called Noosh is right there. During the daytime you can take our tours to explore the ancient history and amazing nature of this place, take part in various master classes and fruit ingathering. Meanwhile in the nighttime, when it is dark and there is almost no light for around 15 km, you can use our telescope to enjoy the breathtaking view of millions of stars and you can even see the Milky Way with the naked eye, using no special devices. Neighborhood info

The area contains a museum, a church, ruins of an ancient fortress, Fedayees’ memorial and Armenian well-known fedayee Gevorg Chaush Museum. Furthermore, not far from the village you can visit Dashtadem Fortress of the 12th century, Katoghike Church of the 7th century, wine factory where you can taste Armenian wine with local cheese made from pure eco milk. You can go on one-day tours to the cities of Gyumri and Ashtarak as well, as both of them are quite close to Noosh.
