We love to host. We manage original departments in Puerto Madero and Retiro. We are always in contact with our customers and for extended stays, we offer a free cleaning service and change of sheets and towels every five days.

Property info

Spacious and comfortable three-room apartments with two bedrooms. One of 72 square meters and the other of 88 square meters. Both with an amazing view of Dike 1 from its balcony terrace. Decorated with original paintings in a dock building whose structure is more than 100 years old. Well connected to the city. Full equipped. 24 hs security, cable TV, 25 mega WIFI, Nespresso coffee machine, gym, sauna, and swimming pool and Smart flat TVs.

Puerto Madero, the newest neighborhood in Buenos Aires, with its reach history and luscious landscapes, deserves a special visit from you. The history of Puerto Madero is fascinating, having originally been the main port of Buenos Aires, now Puerto Nuevo, moved for economic reasons and was left abandoned for over a century. In the 90´s a magnificent renovation took place. The old red brick warehouses were refurbished into luxurious offices, residences, banks, movies, restaurants and pubs. Puerto Madero is now considered one of the safest areas in Buenos Aires. Not to mention that in terms of Real Estate, it is one of the highest property value among all other Latin American cities. Once in Puerto Madero you will perceive a quiet, pleasant atmosphere. No pollution, no noise, clean air, open walkways, glorious fountains and ancient trees are some of this beautiful city enticing attractions. Puerto Madero is highly pedestrian, inviting you to walk along the docks, enjoy a bike ride in the Reserva Ecológica, take pleasure in a mi-day stroll through the beautiful sunny streets of Buenos Aires.
