Si bien Muñiz está protegida de los ruidos de la ciudad y las acumulaciones de gente, y es ideal para el descanso, se encuentra a su vez totalmente urbanizada, con todos los comercios necesarios disponibles a pocos metros de nuestra ubicación, e inclusive un hipermercado a sólo 650m. También nos encontramos ubicados muy cerca del bellísimo Centro Comercial de San Miguel, a sólo 700mts de su inicio y a 15 cuadras del epicentro. El centro comercial de San Miguel fue puesto en valor recientemente y ofrece amplia variedad de actividades comerciales, recreativas y culturales, para todas las edades y gustos, paseos, ferias, shoppings, bares, restaurantes y peatonales preciosas. Tenemos una ubicación muy privilegiada por lo antes mencionado y por estar a 200m del inicio del Corredor Verde de Muñiz/Bella Vista, de 4,6km de extensión de parques con árbolados históricos y senderos, aeróbicos, y bicisendas para la actividad física al aire libre. El corredor, concluye en la Reserva Natural El corredor, que cuenta con 9ha de flora y fauna para visitar, con senderos propios y donde se pueden ver en el predio aledaño animales de granja. La reserva cuenta con visitas guiadas y actividades para todas las edades, todo el año. Tiene bajada al río Reconquista, en un ramal conectado al río Uruguay desde donde se pueden comenzar recorridos especiales para kayaquistas. Para llegar a la reserva tenés un sendero que atraviesa el Polideportivo de Bella Vista y el Velódromo Municipal. Muy cerca en el CLUB de Regatas podés realizar todo tipo de deportes acuestres. Somos una pareja joven, nos gusta la música y las actividades al aire libre, disfrutamos mucho de la naturaleza, valoramos las experiencias de las personas, la filantropía, la tranquilidad, el descanso y la privacidad.
