Disconnect from the world and connect with nature. Within the Lanín National Park, this 190m2 house on a 6000m2 plot of land with a private dock over a lagoon of crystal clear water is the perfect place to enjoy Argentine Patagonia at all times of the year. The town of San Martin de los Andes is only 35 minutes away by car! the Chapelco Ski Resort 20 minutes away. Activities: Trekking, fly fishing (or traditional), mountain biking, skiing, diving, kayaking, bird watching The only issue to take into account, which is not minor, is that during the months of late autumn, winter and early spring (this varies depending on the year) access to the property may be blocked by snow. In that case there are 2 options: 1) Park the vehicle on the main street that goes to the lake and walk approximately 700 meters to the property 2) Clean access using machines. This last option has an approximate cost of USD700 (defined at the time of cleaning)
